Don’t Take Anything Personally

How many reactions do you have a day about other people’s behaviors, words or actions?   How do you react if someone walks ahead of you through a door and just let’s the door slam into you, or a family member who gossips about you.  I know I spend too much time telling myself stories about what other people do.  What about you?  Do you spend a lot of time judging and talking about other’s behaviors?
